First and foremost, we are a beer factory. In the city.
Brewing as close as possible to where we live, not going into exile in an anonymous peri-urban zone, that was our desire from the start.
Brewing, fermentation, packaging and throughput in one place.
BEERS WE LOVE
The good thing about a microbrewery (and a fortiori in a brewpub) is that we can afford to make new beers according to our desires.
The only limit to our brewing creativity is to maintain the highest possible drinkability coefficient (AKA pintability) of our beers.

QUALITY GEAR
A small brewery, but just like a big one. We brew and ferment in batches of 10 Hectoliters (either 1000 Liters, or 2000 pints, and even 4000 pints).
Equipped byBrewiks, our brewing unit allows us to brew all the styles of beer we want.
Brewing and fermentation controlled to the nearest degree. Rigor and fun for a maximum of gurgling.
